I lost 4 kg in 5 months and could see my progress month by month. To lose weight was not my goal, I always wanted more shape which came with the training as well. I never thought I would be able to lift weight. I am not a person who would have the gym as a priority but the private training helped me to have discipline and feel comfortable at my own pace/level. I would definitely recommend it, especially if you are too afraid to just jump into a class, it gives you good technique and personalized training.
