Yoga Lessons

Yoga practice is an exhilarating force of release for both body and mind - release of muscle tension and stiffness to facilititate flow of prana (energy), and release of stress for the mind through breathing practice.

 

Yoga really helps us to ‘stop and smell the roses’, to calm the mind and live more in the moment. Surely, something we could all do with a little bit more of!
