teen Gym

Teen Gym sessions are fun and energetic exercise sessions for teenagers. We have sessions for 9-13 year olds and 14-16 year olds. Our instructor, Diarmuid Morley is experienced and makes sure that each session can be modified for all individuals in the group.

 

The sessions are aimed at introducing teenagers to healthy living and exercise, to promote confidence and improve strength and endurance levels safely.

 

Sessions run on Wednesdays at 4pm for 9-13 year olds, and on Thursdays at 4.30pm for 14-16 year olds.
