Mondays: 7.15pm – 8.00pm (Beginners)
Your teacher is in the water with you to make sure your as relaxed as possible. In this group we focus on the complete basics up to the introduction of front crawl and back crawl.
Wednesdays: 7.50pm – 8.35pm (Improvers/Advanced)
In this class we focus on the breathing and timing of your strokes as well as breaststroke. Its suitable for anyone who can already swim but might find full lengths difficult right up to those who wish to take part in triathlons etc. General water skills such as threading water and duck diving are also included.
As with all our group classes we have small group sizes.
