We offer both membership, and pay-as-you-go classes. These classes suit those:

- Looking for a new fitness challenge
- Desk job workers who need to move more
- Runners and endurance athletes lacking strength
- With low energy levels, fatigue and low mood.

S&C All Levels classes at 7pm on Mondays & Wednesdays, 60 mins for €10.
Semi-Private training for personal attention before progression to full classes.
Beginners class ongoing every Monday at 6pm
