Pilates
Pilates exercises condition and tone the body. It teaches awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and strengthens the deep torso muscles (core postural muscles), which are vital to help alleviate and prevent back pain. Other benefits include greater flexibility, overall strength and improved mobility. Simply put, it will help you to move better and with greater ease!
Our Pilates class times are as follows for September 2011:
Beginners: Wednesdays @7pm
Beginners / Intermediate: Monday @7pm
Intermediate / Advanced: Tuesdays @10am
Private Pilates tuition @ Oakgrove leisure Centre is also available!
