Oakgrove leisure centre members receive a free PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION with fitness testing, as well as FREE ongoing evaluations and updates thereafter. From the first moment you sign in to our gym, we maintain a continued interest in your progress. Our FitGoal system is in place to motivate and achieve results.

Our gym’s equipment is supplied by Technogym, the first gym in Cork to do so upon opening in 2002. Technogym is the global market leader in physical exercise equipment and Oakgrove members benefit from their clear displays and excellent usability
