What is it?
Learn the fundamentals of Strength and Conditioning training.
We offer progressive, coached sessions where your technique and individual ability is catered for. With our S&C Fundamentals you will build the basics for:
- A stronger, leaner body
- A better ‘engine’…the condition and ability to carry out fitness work of all kinds
- Better movement, joint health and joint stability
- Knowledge of exercise preparation & recovery methods.
