Free Classes

Oakgrove offers four free  half-hourly classes for members on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Currently we also hold an additional Exercise Class on Saturday morning and a new Swim-Fit session on Monday evenings. These additional classes are operated on a pilot basis. The times of all classes are subject to change.

These are motivational group sessions, and include Fun Fridays!, where creativity is the order of the day...join in and shape up fast!

Monday 6.45pm - Swimfit

Tuesday 6pm- Swiss Ball Sculpture

Wednesday 10am - After Effects

Saturday 11am - Cardio and Resistance Training
